By accessing the Site, submitting a form, or opting into text message communications, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your stage of care. You may receive multiple messages per week.
Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Revolution Recovery Centers is not responsible for any charges incurred through your wireless carrier.
Opt-In: You may opt in by submitting your phone number through any web form, verbally during an admissions call, or by texting a designated keyword to our shortcode or long code number.
Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message received from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START.

No Sharing of SMS Data: Mobile information, including opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This expressly excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, which will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
Revolution Recovery Centers is a HIPAA-covered entity. Any health information collected in connection with your use of the Site or SMS communications is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Your Rights Include:
Requesting access to or a copy of your medical records (typically provided within 30 days).
Requesting corrections to inaccurate or incomplete health information.
Requesting restrictions on how your information is used or shared.
Requesting confidential communications via a preferred method or address.
Obtaining an accounting of disclosures made in the prior six years.

We may disclose your information when required by law, in response to valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our users, staff, and the public. If you use the Site outside the United States, you consent to your data being processed in the United States.

You agree not to misuse the Site or our communications channels, including but not limited to: sending unsolicited bulk messages, attempting unauthorized access, scraping or indexing the Site, transmitting malicious code, or using the Site for unlawful purposes.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Revolution Recovery Centers does not endorse or control those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
The Site and SMS communications are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Revolution Recovery Centers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our messaging services. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (i) amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revolution Recovery Centers, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
We may update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available at revolutionrecoverycenter.com/privacy-policy. Continued use of the Site or SMS services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
